Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. Seat additions are charged immediately on a prorated basis. Seat removals take effect immediately and apply to your next invoice. Starter is fixed at 2 seats.
Team members log into the dashboard to create and edit project content. Portal viewers are external stakeholders who view the shared portal link. Portal viewers are unlimited and free on all plans.
You have a 3-day grace period to update your card. After that, your account becomes read-only until you fix the issue. Your data is never deleted during a billing problem.
All Canadian account data is stored exclusively in AWS Montreal (ca-central-1). We never transfer your data outside your designated region.
